Dislikes:

• No mature trees
• Smaller
• Low ceilings
• No separate room for washer & dryer, would need to add one

Likes:

• 4 bedrooms, long term living home
• Attractive laminate flooring in front room and dining room
• Tile kitchen with new cabinets
• A loft!
• Large garage in good condition
• Good yard, mature trees
• New development across the street
• Price

Dislikes:

• Chain link fence
• 4-5 story apartment building overlooking backyard
• Lots of apartment buildings nearby
• Semi-busy street
• Neighborhood not quite as clean
• Water in crawl space
